Sweet potatoes are a fabulous source of vitamins A and C and a great alternative to white potatoes. When cut into wedges and baked with seasonings, they make delicious and healthy fries!

INGREDIENTS:
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
Sea salt & pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil or avocado oil
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges. Place the wedges into a mixing bowl. Add the seasonings and oil. Toss to combine. Spread out in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip the wedges to the other side and bake for 10-15 minutes or, or until the wedges are cooked through and light brown in spots.
