This recipe is a great way to combine healthy fats, protein, and antioxidants while keeping blood sugar fairly balanced. Combine ingredients, blend, and enjoy a healthy breakfast or anytime snack!

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 can coconut milk
1 scoop Bone Broth Protein Vanilla powder
1 cup frozen berries (no sugar added)
1/2 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:
Place ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add cold water if you want a thinner liquid consistency. Enjoy!
