INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups organic almond milk
(or milk of your choice)
½ cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
⅓ cup organic chia seeds
4-6 Tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey
½ tsp organic vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt
2 drops of blueberry stevia
DIRECTIONS:
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 3-8 hours. Enjoy!
*Optional: sprinkle with blueberries before serving.
