  • 1½ C organic almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • ½ C fresh or frozen organic blueberries
  • ⅓ C organic chia seeds
  • 4-6 Tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey
  • ½ tsp organic vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 drops of blueberry stevia


  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 3-8 hours.
  3. Enjoy!

*Optional: sprinkle with blueberries before serving.
