Looking for the perfect make-ahead breakfast? Well, these overnight oats may just do the trick for ya! They’re super easy to make, and they’re filled with antioxidant-rich blueberries!!

Serves: 1     Prep Time: 5-10 minutes     Set Time: Overnight (or at least 6-8 hours)

*Remember to buy organic and avoid your food allergies when making this recipe! If you don’t know what your food allergies are, get them tested soon!


1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, oat milk, or your favorite plant-based milk
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1-2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup, more or less depending on your liking


In a 16 oz. mason jar, add the oats, your plant-based milk of choice, and the pure vanilla extract. Stir to combine, and then place the blueberries on top. Put the lid on tightly and store in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, stir it again, and add in the pure maple syrup and extra plant-based milk if needed.


*These can be made 3-5 days in advance and stored in the fridge for that long.
