Start your day off right with a healthy yogurt bowl! This dish is full of healthy fats and proteins and is great for any day you need a quick, easy breakfast.

Cook’s Notes: Make this “No Sugar” compliant by skipping or halving the berries and skipping the honey/maple syrup (using stevia instead).

*Remember to buy organic and avoid your food allergies when making this recipe! If you don’t yet know your food allergies, get tested soon!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened goat milk, coconut, or almond milk yogurt
  • 1 scoop Wellness Way Bone Broth Protein – Vanilla
  • ¼ cup of keto/low carb granola and/or nuts
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • Drizzle of honey/maple syrup (optional)
  • Scoop of nut butter of choice (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix together protein powder and yogurt.
  2. Add yogurt/protein powder on the bottom of the bowl, layer berries, and add the nuts or granola on top.
  3. If using nut butter, add on top, and then drizzle honey/maple syrup.
  4. Enjoy.
