Looking for a delicious, summery lunch? This chicken lettuce wrap is sure to hit the spot!

INGREDIENTS:

Lettuce leaves
4 chicken breasts
Organic bone broth
Organic garlic powder
1 cup of Vegenaise
Tamari sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put the chicken, bone broth, and garlic powder into a crockpot or Instant Pot it until it’s tender and you can pull it apart.
  2. Shred the chicken.
  3. Add Vegenaise to the chicken and season with tamari sauce to your liking.
  4. Serve in lettuce wraps, adding your desired toppings (bell peppers, spring onions, etc).
