This delicious Honey Apple Chicken Salad recipe is great for healthy lunches on a gluten free wrap or bread. It’s also a great snack on celery or gluten free crackers.

Total Prep Time: 10-15 minutes Makes: 2-3 servings

*Remember to buy organic and avoid your food allergies when making this recipe! If you do not know what your food allergies are get them tested soon!

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup dried organic cranberries
1/3 cup diced organic apples
1 cup diced cook organic, free range chicken (leftover chicken is great)
1/4 cup diced organic celery
1/2 cup soy-free Vegenaise
1 teaspoon raw honey
1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
1/4 cup organic pecans (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

Stir until vegenaise is coating all ingredients.

Serve on gluten free bread or on gluten free crackers.
