The Wellness Way –
About The Wellness Way in Green Bay, Wisconsin
We understand that common is not normal, and unlike the restrictive healthcare mentality, we dig deeper to find answers to life-restricting health challenges.
We focus on overcoming the three main causes of interference in the body — trauma, toxins, and thoughts — to go beyond symptom-based care and address your unique physiology in a way that allows your mind and body to find an individualized path back to better health.
We don’t guess, we test; rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we utilize the most in-depth testing and cutting-edge diagnostic tools to uncover the hidden sources of health problems.
We provide the essential guidance to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles through a combination of testing, individual plans, and one-on-one guidance to restore your body to total wellness.

Her passion for the healthcare field began at a young age. She started her career as a RN in Labor and Delivery. As her family grew, she transitioned to working in an OBGYN clinic where she began to see a lot of common themes and concerns. “I always knew I wanted to be a nurse, but as the years have gone by, I realized nursing isn’t what it was when I started. I knew there had to be another way for people to get answers and live a healthier life.”

She quickly fell in love with The Wellness Way approach on restoring and supporting our bodies, as God had created them. Elizabeth (Beth) is a Wellness Way Academy graduate with a passion for guiding people on their journey to restoring health. She has a special interest in working with female hormones, GI issues, the immune system, and helping young girls learn what is common vs. normal, leading them down a path of better health. “It’s so much fun watching patients light up and come to the realization that they don’t have to feel sick, crampy, or afraid to live life. This practice is life changing and getting to be part of anyone’s healing journey is such a gift. I love that we can show people of all ages that there is hope!”
When the medical world wanted to put Beth on thyroid meds for the rest of her life, she was lucky enough to cross paths with a wise doctor who told her there was another way and he was right. Applying the chiropractic philosophy of wellness to her own life was the beginning of a life-changing path for her. Studying and searching for that other perspective on some common health issues, Beth came across The Wellness Way. She quickly fell in love with The Wellness Way philosophy on restoring the normal God-given function of the body and the results that Wellness Way doctors were getting.
Beth also works alongside Dr. Patrick Flynn, with The Wellness Way student and intern programs, coordinating chiropractic student training and events.
Beth was born and raised in Wisconsin. Outside of The Wellness Way and studying health restoration, she loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, working at her family’s orchard, skiing in the mountains, kayaking, hiking, spending time in the Northwoods of WI, saltwater and sunshine!

I originally started down the path to become a clinical psychologist. However, that plan changed to business, focusing on HR, organizational leadership, and management. Toss in being an Eagle Scout and analytically minded, I was well set up for a long run in the business world. However, I like to say that I was divinely ‘encouraged’ to change paths by God and went the route of Chiropractic. It was made apparent to me that I would find no contentment unless I was helping people think better, live better, and be better. My own mother being a D.C. made it appear like a natural choice, but it took some serious heart checks and guidance to help clarify that path. Being raised as a chiropractic child, everything in my mind was based on those foundational Principles of Chiropractic. So, when I was introduced to The Wellness Way back in 2018 at the Nashville seminar by a friend, I latched on right away. As a history and philosophy guy, I saw The Wellness Way for the potential it had, knowing that if I wanted to see many of the old Chiropractic visions come true, this would be the place to do it.
About Our Events
What is your definition of health? At The Wellness Way, we recognize that most people have been conditioned to believe how modern-day healthcare practices are the experts of restoration and preventative medicine. However, our perception of the way the body functions differs from what is traditionally taught. Therefore, we conduct regular informational events to communicate how we view various systems in the human body. Our take on subjects such as hormones, inflammation, autoimmunity, metabolic syndrome, cancer, thyroid health, etc., strays away from “traditional” aspects. We value our patients’ ability to engage with their healthcare journey, which is why we hope by attending these events they achieve accountability and can take charge of their own bodies for a healthier future.
