About The Wellness Way in Osseo, Wisconsin
We understand that common is not normal, and unlike the restrictive healthcare mentality, we dig deeper to find answers to life-restricting health challenges.
We focus on overcoming the three main causes of interference in the body — trauma, toxins, and thoughts — to go beyond symptom-based care and address your unique physiology in a way that allows your mind and body to find an individualized path back to better health.
We don’t guess, we test; rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we utilize the most in-depth testing and cutting-edge diagnostic tools to uncover the hidden sources of health problems.
We provide the essential guidance to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles through a combination of testing, individual plans, and one-on-one guidance to restore your body to total wellness.
Meet Our Team
Dr. Alexandra Paul, DC
Dr. Alex was first introduced to Chiropractic in high school after a series of head injuries. Like many people, she was skeptical at first, but that all changed when she began experiencing astounding improvements in her own mental health and overall wellbeing with Chiropractic adjustments alone. When she added in lifestyle and nutritional changes, she noticed even greater improvements with her ability to live life to the fullest. Because of the profound changes Dr. Alex saw in herself on her own journey, she has dedicated her life to guiding others to live a holistic and Chiropractic centered lifestyle. She strongly believes we are all meant to live at our highest potential, and by utilizing The Wellness Way Approach by removing physical, chemical and mental stresses, we can become who we are innately meant to be.
Dr. Alex was born and raised in Bridgewater, New Jersey. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Colorado Boulder studying Integrative Physiology and Neuroscience. Dr. Alex then returned back home to NJ to work as a personal trainer as well as work with stroke patients. Later, she made her way to Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA to complete her Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.), graduating with clinical honors, summa cum laude, and as valedictorian. While at school, she also earned her certification in Applied Kinesiology (P.A.K.). After school, she earned her certification in Dry Needling. Dr. Alex has a deep appreciation to serve everyone in her local community, as she wants everyone to experience the magic that chiropractic and living a healthy lifestyle has to offer.
Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Alex doing any outdoor activity. Connecting back with nature is one of her biggest priorities. Depending on the time of year she loves to hike, run, ski, snowboard, and surf. She loves to cook and is a huge animal lover. She has a cat named Ziggy and black lab named Guinness, and they love to get adjusted too!

About Our Events
What is your definition of health? At The Wellness Way, we recognize that most people have been conditioned to believe how modern-day healthcare practices are the experts of restoration and preventative medicine. However, our perception of the way the body functions differs from what is traditionally taught. Therefore, we conduct regular informational events to communicate how we view various systems in the human body. Our take on subjects such as hormones, inflammation, autoimmunity, metabolic syndrome, cancer, thyroid health, etc., strays away from “traditional” aspects. We value our patients’ ability to engage with their healthcare journey, which is why we hope by attending these events they achieve accountability and can take charge of their own bodies for a healthier future.
