Popsicles that aren’t full of junk your kids will love! Red, white, and blue without food dyes!
Total Prep Time: 20 minutes Makes: 4-6 servings
*Remember to buy organic and avoid your food allergies when making this recipe! If you do not know what your food allergies are get them tested soon!
INGREDIENTS:
1 – 14 oz can organic coconut milk
1 cup organic frozen sweet cherries
1 cup organic frozen blueberries
3 packets stevia powder
2-3 tablespoons organic honey or maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Divide ingredients into thirds.
Blend 1/3 coconut milk with 1 packet stevia and 1 tablespoon honey/maple syrup with cherries until smooth.
Repeat with blueberries.
Repeat without berries.
Pour red mixture into popsicle molds (1/3 of way) and freeze.
Pour white mixture on top of frozen red mixture (to 2/3 mark) and freeze.
Pour blue mixture on top of frozen white mixture and freeze.
Enjoy!
