  • ½ tsp gluten-free, organic, tamari sauce
  • ¼ C shredded organic, heirloom purple carrot
  • 1-2 cans wild-caught crab meat (drained)
  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese style spread
  • 1 clove organic garlic
  • ¾ C dairy-free mozzarella style shreds


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl.
  3. Scoop into glass or stone baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly and warm.
  5. Serve with organic rice chips or gluten-free bread.
