INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small organic watermelon, cut into small cubes (about 8-12 C)
  • 2 medium organic cucumbers, chopped into cubes
  • 3 Tbsp organic cilantro, chopped
  • ½ C organic apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp organic honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients, except for the apple cider vinegar and the honey, in a serving bowl and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together the apple cider vinegar and the honey.
  3. Drizzle over the watermelon, cucumbers, and cilantro.
  4. Stir well to incorporate.
  5. Enjoy!

NOTES

  • This tastes great all by itself but can also be enjoyed with organic tortilla chips.
