Total Time: 20 minutes Makes: 6-8 servings


  • 1 /2 cup prepared ranch dressing (don’t add the milk and vinegar)
  • 1/4 cup shredded organic heirloom purple carrot
  • 10 oz frozen, organic spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of Kite Hill Chive Cream Cheese style spread, softened
  • 2 cloves organic garlic
  • 1/2 cup Follow Your Heart dairy-free, mozzarella-style shreds.


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  3. Scoop into a glass or stone baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly and warm.
  5. Serve with organic rice chips or gluten-free bread.
