In a large bowl, scoop out and deseed each avocado.
Squeeze lime juice over avocado and then mash with salt, cumin, and cayenne.
Fold in onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic.
Add additional lime juice to desired taste.
*Best served chilled with organic blue corn chips.
For a bacon guacamole variation: stir cooked, crumbled bacon into the dip after adding the lime juice.
