Skip the store-bought tartar sauce! This recipe is so easy, and it’s much better for you! It goes wonderfully well with wild-caught fish.

Total Prep Time: 10-15 minutes Makes: 8-10 servings.

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup organic onion, finely diced
1/3 cup organic pickles, finely diced
1 cup soy-free Vegenaise

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Stir all ingredients together and chill.
  2. Can add organic lemon or dill if desired.
  3. Enjoy!
