Dress up your salad and vegetables with this homemade Italian dressing. This Italian dressing has a base of avocado or olive oil, both of which have fantastic benefits, so you can feel good about eating food so delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup olive oil/Avocado oil 
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper/grains of paradise 
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a jar, put the lid on, and shake all the ingredients together. 
  2. When you want to use it again, shake it up to mix all the ingredients together, again, since it is vinegar and oil based.
  3. Put in fridge. Use within 5 days of making.
