INGREDIENTS:

CLASSIC STIR FRY SAUCE
Combine and pour desired amount over veggies and protein. Bring to a boil to thicken. Serve over rice.

2/3 cup Tamari Sauce (gluten free soy sauce) – use organic or non-GMO
½  cup organic chicken broth
1/3 cup rice wine or rice vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar substitute (xylitol, honey, coconut palm sugar)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons corn starch (organic or non-GMO)

Optional:
1 tablespoon minced ginger or dash of dried ginger
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

THAI PEANUT SAUCE
Put everything in saucepan and bring to a very gentle boil. Stir often. Simmer for 3-5 minutes to thicken.

One 13.5 ounce can full-fat, organic coconut milk (I prefer Thai organic or native forest organic)
2-3 ounces of red curry paste – more paste will create spicier flavor
¾ cup chunky organic/natural peanut butter (do not use anything with added ingredients)
½ tablespoon salt
½ cup or more to taste of xylitol or sugar substitute
4 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar
½ cup water

DIRECTIONS:

Combine and enjoy your mix and match stir fry recipe every week!
