INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 2 Tbsp beeswax (shredded)
  • 2 Tbsp shea butter
  • ½ tsp vitamin E (approx. 5 soft gels, each at 400 IU)
  • 10 drops frankincense
  • 5 drops myrrh or lavender

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place beeswax in a mason jar and melt in a double broiler.
  2. Add grapeseed oil and shea butter.
  3. Once melted take off heat.
  4. Add Vitamin E along with essential oils Frankincense and Myrrh or Lavender.
  5. Store in glass jar and use daily.
