INGREDIENTS:

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup honey
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup chocolate chips
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine.

Place bowl of “dough” in fridge for 30-60 minutes to set.

Bring dough out of the fridge and roll into balls about 1 Tbsp in size.

Store in covered container in the fridge or freezer.
