Total Time: 10 minutes  Makes: 3-4 pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup oats
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon organic chocolate coconut peanut butter

*Can also add a handful of organic fruit of your choosing.

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together all ingredients into a medium size bowl.
Use organic coconut oil to grease the pan and wait till melted.
Pour batter on heated pan and flip when small bubbles appear.
