Total Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 3-4 pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate-coconut-peanut butter spread, coconut peanut butter, coconut-almond butter, or other nut butter of choice

*Can also add a handful of organic fruit of your choosing.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Use organic coconut oil to grease the pan and wait till melted.
  3. Pour batter on heated pan and flip when small bubbles appear.
