  • 3 C almond flour 
  • ¼ C coconut flour 
  • 1⁄3 C coconut oil, melted 
  • 1 Tbsp organic vanilla 
  • ½ tsp aluminum-free baking soda 
  • 1⁄3 C raw honey 
  • 1 banana (optional) 
  • 10 drops orange-flavored stevia 


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
  2. Place all ingredients (except banana) in a bowl and mix. 
  3. Form dough into 1-1 ½ inch balls and place on a baking sheet. 
  4. Press dough balls with a wet fork, creating a crosshatch pattern. Wet the fork after every cookie to prevent the dough from sticking. 
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. 
  6. After cooling, top cookies with slices of banana and enjoy!
