These tropical delights are a hit all year round.  For an extra decedent delight, drizzle them with melted organic chocolate!

Total Time: 25-30 minutes  Makes: 50-75 bite size cookies


3 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon organic vanilla
1/2 teaspoon aluminum-free baking soda
1/3 cup raw honey
1 banana (optional)
10 drops orange stevia


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all ingredients (except banana) in a bowl and mix.
Form 1-1 1/2 inch balls with the dough and place on a cookie sheet.
Press dough balls down with a wet fork creating a cross hatch pattern. Wet the fork after every cookie to prevent the dough from sticking.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
After cooling, top cookies with slices of banana and enjoy!
