INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups cacao butter
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, divided
  • organic, sugar-free candy canes
  • 4 drops peppermint essential oil (make sure it’s food-grade)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt chocolate chips with 1 Tbsp coconut oil until smooth. Add 2 drops of peppermint essential oil and mix. 
  2. Pour onto a lined 9×13-inch pan and let freeze until solid. 
  3. Meanwhile, melt cacao butter with 1 Tbsp coconut oil. Once melted, add 2 drops of peppermint oil and pour over solid dark chocolate layer. 
  4. Crush candy canes and put them on the top layer before it solidifies. Freeze until solid. Break apart with a knife and enjoy!
