INGREDIENTS

  • Medjool dates 
  • Nut butter of your choice (in keeping with your food allergies) 
  • Chopped nuts of your choice (in keeping with your food allergies) 
  • Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips or other non-dairy chocolate chips 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Use a knife to slit each date lengthwise and remove the pits. 
  2. Fill each date with nut butter with a spoon or a piping bag. 
  3. Add chopped nuts to each date 
  4. Melt Lily’s Baking Chips over low heat and drizzle over the tops of the stuffed dates. 
  5. Place in the refrigerator to set – about 30 minutes.
