Cozetta Case
I am a retired Clinical Laboratory Scientist and 2nd year Medical Student in a dual doctorate program for Naturopathic Medicine Doctorate and Doctor of Chiropractic with over 31 years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist Manager/Supervisor certified MT ASCP. My experience includes working as a Generalist 3rd Shift Bench Tech, working as a Fertility Specialist Medical Technologist, serving my country as an Army trained Medical Laboratory Technologist and managing clinical laboratories to include reference, private and hospital laboratories. I am a mother, grandmother, 100% service-connected disabled Army Veteran, author, ordained minister and aspiring functional neurology/mental health naturopathic family primary care physician who will utilize my Naturopathic Doctorate, Doctor of Chiropractic, certification of functional neurology, functional medicine and mental health clinician skills to be a conduit to help veterans and communities of color to a restoration of health through their spirit, mind and body by using non-invasive, natural medicine and natural modalities of treatments.

Luke Aguirre
Luke is a halfway through his DC program at NUHS with a background as an ATC in a variety of settings (high school, college, semi-pro and orthopedic office). He also was co-owner and strength/wellness coach for his small group personal training gym (2 locations) in Chicago for 4+yrs. This experience has given him the motivation to further his medical knowledge to help others and open his own business.
