These gluten-free, chocolate chip cookies are sooo good and come highly recommended by The Wellness Way staff.

INGREDIENTS:

¾ cup avocado oil

1 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

2 cups gluten-free, all-purpose flour

½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix oil, coconut sugar, baking soda, sea salt, vanilla extract, and applesauce
  3. Mix in flour one cup at a time
  4. Add chocolate chips
  5. Use a tablespoon measurer to shape and drop dough
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes
