INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup avocado oil
1 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups gluten-free, all-purpose flour
½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix oil, coconut sugar, baking soda, sea salt, vanilla extract, and applesauce.
- Mix in flour one cup at a time.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Use a tablespoon measurer to shape and drop dough.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
